Workshop Feb 2 2019

Tension release

Titchfield community centre

Further development in understanding Tai Chi

sensing and releasing for health and function of form

Some basic skills needed to attend

Starting out

How do we go about learning ?

Requirements:

1 desire for challenging changes

2 tenacity

3 willingness to accept new ideas

4 realistic expectation

5 attendance  – regular practice/instruction

Initially the movements and postures may be awkward, uncomfortable and often difficult to remember.

If you have practiced something physical before or even another martial art, some aspects may be easier.

The way we move and understand how to become aware of the nuances which make up the postures and sequences are of paramount importance, which makes study quite a challenge.
